Filing Complaints with Certification Organizations

In certain circumstances, it may be appropriate to first investigate the issue by visiting the certifier’s listing page, then raising the concern directly with the certifier. The Standards Council of Canada mandates that all certification organizations have a process by which complaints can be accepted and addressed by the certifier.
