CIPH co-hosts 1-1/2 hour “The Art of Influencing Buying Decisions” webinar
CIPH in conjunction with the Partners in Distribution Excellence co-hosted a successful “The Art of Influencing Buying Decisions” webinar featuring Frank Foster on December 1st. A total of 23 webinar sites were registered for this unique training event.
The Art of Influencing Buying Decisions is designed for sales and customer service people who have the opportunity to influence the customer’s decision process. Participants learned how customers think and how to use ‘compliance’ tactics to gain acceptance quicker.
A systematic and logical selling plan was presented detailing the importance of planning, scripts, selling benefits, and handling objections. This selling plan is realistic, believable and more importantly, the skills learned are accepted by customers no matter what level of the organization they are at.
This webinar helps both outside and inside selling staff to work more efficiently for better results. It is designed to provide selling skills for sales representatives, inside sales, customer service, showroom/counter, parts and service or product specialists and participants are taught how to produce tangible returns by increasing skill levels and expanding business opportunities.
Frank Foster specializes in helping organizations reach their objectives by working to develop training solutions. He specializes in consultative selling and has worked with organizations in Canada and the United States to maximize their potential and results. He has over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing, and has worked with colleges, universities, distributors, manufacturers, service companies, and associations in developing and delivering performance-improvement programs.
