in Partnership with NAW, Apollo Education Group and Powered by Western International University
A new leadership development program has been created for the wholesale distribution industry by Apollo Education Group (AEG) and Western International University (West) in partnership with the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors (NAW).
This innovative program will teach critical leadership skills to your emerging leaders. Your current and, most importantly, aspiring leaders will build important on-the-job skills including critical thinking, context-based leadership, relationship building, conflict resolution and more (click on More Information below for details).
Each learner will begin with an assessment of their current skills and then spend a total of 2 hours per week over 8 weeks learning, practicing, and applying their newly developed/strengthened job skills. The learning experience has been thoughtfully designed for efficiency, using brief learning modules that will not interfere with your employees' existing responsibilities.

Designed to be integrated into your employee's work day (vs. off-site, all-day programs).
