More than 90 members of the CIPH Women’s Network were treated to an inspiring presentation by Alicia Woods, founder and CEO of Covergalls Workwear and General Manager of Marcotte Mining. This was the 3rd event for the Network, which was launched in November 2016 and already has more than 220 members from across Canada.

The Network was created to support the professional development of women within Canada’s plumbing and heating industry, and to help CIPH member companies attract, develop and retain more high-performing female employees. Membership in the Network is free to all female employees of CIPH members. The next Network event is a free webinar on November 22 titled: Women in Leadership: Accelerating Progress. Registration for this special members-only presentation will open next week.
