Region Coordinators



Kathryn Kubossek

British Columbia Region Coordinator


Kathryn Kubossek has been the Coordinator for the BC Region of CIPH since 2009.  Kathryn has many years of experience in association management and thoroughly enjoys working with CIPH and its members.  Kathryn works from her home office and is the Manager for the Thermal Environmental Comfort Association (TECA), which is another association in the heating industry which shares mutual initiatives with CIPH. Most important, is that she works with a great group of volunteers who work so very hard for the betterment of our industry!  



Connie Pruden

Calgary Region Coordinator


Connie is a seasoned association administrator with extensive hands-on experience in all facets of association management. With almost 20 years at Associations Plus and its predecessor company, Connie has worked with clients in industries as diverse as oil and gas, retail, trades and agriculture. Connie assists clients with a full complement of administration services, including membership drives, sponsorship campaigns and budgeting, but her true passion is event planning. Connie has been the Calgary Region Coordinator since 2001.



Linda Wood Edwards

Edmonton Region Coordinator


Linda has been the Edmonton Region Coordinator since 1999. She owns LUE-42 Enterprises, a consultancy focused on board governance in the third sector. She is a Certified Association Executive and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries. She holds a Bachelor of Administration degree and certificates in Human Resources Management and Program Evaluation. Linda is on the Board of Alberta Playwrights’ Network and serves as a public member on Council for two regulated professions. Linda is the author of two books (board-related) and 7 plays (not at all board-related), and is also a funeral celebrant and a devoted fan of the CFL.



Lise Carbonneau

Manitoba Region Coordinator


Lise Carbonneau of Whirlwind Enterprises has been in the Association Management business for 19 years.  Lise’s office has been the home to a number of non-profit organizations looking for satellite administration services.  Her experience ranges from providing Board management services, bookkeeping, e-news development, social media and web site maintenance, event management and much more.  Lise is very proud to have served CIPH Manitoba as Region Coordinator for the last 18 years.



Lisa Pike

Newfoundland & Labrador  Region Coordinator


Lisa joined the CIPH team in June 2016. She has a background working with provincial and national associations and has extensive experience working with volunteers, boards and member based organizations. Lisa received a Bachelor of Arts and a Diploma in Public Administration from Memorial University of Newfoundland.



Wendy Piercy

Maritime Region Coordinator


Wendy Piercy has been the Maritime Region Coordinator since 2014.  She started administrative consulting in the non-profit sector in 2011 after her retirement from NB Power. In addition to her BBA from the University of New Brunswick she received the SCMP designation through the Supply Chain Management Association (SCMA) and received a certificate in Conflict Resolution from the University of Prince Edward Island. When not involved with her consulting business,  Wendy enjoys reading, oil painting, Clearwater Beach and most importantly, spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren.



Nancy Barden

National & Ontario Region Coordinator


Nancy Barden joined CIPH in 1992 after completing a three year Hotel and Resort Management program at Georgian College in Barrie. Nancy has provided management to many programs, committees and councils within CIPH. She is currently the Program Manager responsible for CIPH’s Annual Business Conference and is the Ontario Region Coordinator and National Region Manager for the 9 CIPH Regions.



Claude Robitaille

Quebec Region Coordinator


Claude has over 30 years of experience with associations, having been Executive Director of the Quebec Lung Association for 12 years. He acquired his management skills as a Branch Manager for the Bank of Montreal. He has served as Region Coordinator for ICPC Quebec for 14 years and also manages an association in the natural gas sector. He also has been teaching a starting business course to new immigrants for 9 years.



Sandy Doran

Saskatchewan Region Coordinator


Sandy started as the Saskatchewan Region Coordinator in 2017. She works as the Senior Manager for b-creative group and has over 20 years experience with expertise in multiple areas including: association management, strategic planning, marketing development, advertising campaigns, lead event planning, PR and management. Aside from her extensive management and marketing knowledge, Sandy has also dedicated her time to various organizations in the community. She is currently a member of the Regina Queen City Kinettes as well mentors at Mother Theresa Middle School, she is alsopast chair and active member of Relay for Life, and past board member of the Regina Women’s Network.
