Dates Announced for Western Canada’s Most Popular Mechanical, Design, Building and Renovation Show

Calgary, Alberta, November 3, 2003 . . . More than 3,000 industry delegates are expected to attend CIPHEX West 2004 when the trade show and conference takes place in the Roundup Centre at Stampede Park in Calgary on November 2nd and 3rd, 2004.  The event attracts those involved in the sale of plumbing, hydronic heating (hot water), heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, electrical equipment, water treatment systems, tools, and kitchen and bath fixtures.  They come from across western Canada and the north western United States to see all that’s new from the industry and meet and do business with close to 200 exhibiting companies.

CIPHEX is owned and produced for the benefit of the industry by the Canadian Institute of Plumbing & Heating (CIPH).  The 2004 edition of the show celebrates another step in CIPH’s drive to consolidate industry trade shows and provide exhibitors and visitors with fewer, but more effective events.  CIPHEX West 2004 will be co-located with the Construct Alberta, Homebuilder & Renovator Expo, Buildex Calgary and Design Trends Calgary shows. .  Visitors to any of these events will automatically receive free admission to CIPHEX, bringing in a new audience of architects, builders, developers, engineers, interior designers, facility managers, property managers and building owners - decision-makers representing millions of dollars in purchasing power.

CIPHEX West 2002 attracted a record-breaking number of exhibitors and visitors.
CIPHEX West shows draw more plumbing, hydronics and HVAC/R contractors and wholesalers than any other event in Western Canada.  Manufacturers eagerly participate in CIPHEX West as it is the premier promotional opportunity available to them in the Western Region.

The trade show is open to industry members by free pre-registration prior to October 27, 2004.  Visitors may register on site for $ 10.00.
