Now more than ever leaders in organizations need the skills to help their team get through these difficult times stronger than ever. Sandler and their partner Outmatch have created an assessment based on the six competencies that every leader needs to be effective. Those six competencies are communication, resiliency, innovation, strategic mindset, influencing others, and creating a supportive environment. Each attendee will be able to complete their own assessment in advance so that they can refer to it in the workshop. Attendees will be provided practical strategies they could use to increase their effectiveness that they can take away and start using immediately in their organization.
Your registration includes Free Crisis Leadership Assessment Toolkit as well as 2 hour Workshop with Chad Banman.
Once you register with CIPH you will receive a link to complete the Crisis Leadership Assessment online. This assessment takes about 20 mins to complete and results are provide back to you within 24 hours. Note the Assessment must be done by July 31, 2020.

Our ability to influence others in the workplace is crucial if we are going to get our ideas accepted and implemented. Too often good ideas fail to be implemented because the people who have them do not have the skill set to communicate them in a way that makes the other person view it from a new perspective. This session will focus on what is going on when we try to influence others, how typically people behave when doing this, and why it doesn’t work. We’ll provide attendees with alternative strategies that can be implemented tomorrow and change the conversation.
