The CIPH Insights Forum will provide CIPH members with valuable insights into our industry during these uncertain times including three keynote presentations as outlined below. 

1. Industry Panel:  Lessons Learned during Leadership Crisis which will feature the following CIPH members:

  • Brian Morgan, Principal, The Morgan Group
  • Chris Rock, Director Sales & Marketing, Watts Water Technologies Canada
  • Kevin Fancey, President, Wolseley Canada

2. Selling in COVID 19 World with Frank Foster of Frank Foster and Associates

This session is designed to give all sales professionals the skills they can use right away to help them deal with today’s changing marketplace. It provides steps that sales people can take immediately to maintain and grow their sales in this new sales environment.


3. Economic and Industry Outlook with Mark Casaletto of Construct Connect Canada

We are living and working through unprecedented times. Covid caused the most significant economic correction in generations and the impacts to the Canadian construction economy has been far reaching. Don’t miss this deep dive into our changing construction landscape and what to expect over the next 12 to 24 months. Mark will discuss how COVID-19 has disrupted construction projects, labor, business decisions, and the supply chain. He will discuss the long-term impact of the COVID-19 crisis and how it has impacted the Canadian economy, our industry. and world economies. Mark will provide a snapshot of the industry today, and provide his insight on where we go from here, in light of COVID-19 and beyond.

     Brian Morgan

Brian Morgan is currently the Principal at The Morgan Group.  Brian has been in the industry since 1998 when he joined The Morgan Group.  Brian has a BA from Wilfrid Laurier University and his Certified Professional Manufacturer’s Representative (CPMR) designation from Arizona State University.  He has been very active in CIPH serving on the Manufacturers Agents Council, Membership Committee and the Ontario Region Board as well Brian is a Director for AIM/R (Association of Independent Manufacturers’ Representatives). 



     Chris Rock

Chris Rock is currently the Director of Sales and Marketing  for Watts Water Technology Canada.  Chris has been in the industry since 2018 when he joined Watts Water. Chris holds an accounting designation (CMA,CPA). Chris has been active in CIPH serving on the Charity Committee, Education and Training Committee and the YES Committee.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

      Kevin Fancey

Kevin Fancey joined Wolseley Canada in June 2017. As President, Kevin has responsibility for the overall leadership of the company, with emphasis on the execution of the company’s strategic initiatives and business imperatives.

Prior to joining Wolseley, Kevin served as President of G&K Services Canada, a position he held from 2013 to 2017. At G&K, Kevin created a multi-pronged business strategy that helped the company increase revenues and generate significant returns on asset rates. Prior to joining G&K, Kevin held several senior executive positions with companies including Coinamatic Group of Companies, Ricoh Canada Inc., IKON Office Solutions, Chubb Security Systems Canada and Pitney Bowes of Canada.

Kevin holds a Bachelor’s of Commerce, Marketing, from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, N.S.

     Mark Casaletto
Mark Casaletto, President of ConstructConnect -Canada has over 20 years of leadership experience in the industry.  He is an active speaker at industry events providing insight and intelligence on the state and economics of the Canadian construction industry, trends and current events impacting the industry as well as how the digital space and technology are transforming and changing the way we work in Construction.

During his 20 tenure in the construction industry, Mark has held senior management positions with such companies as McGraw-Hill, Whatman-Balston, Reed Elsevier and Embanet Corporation where he served as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer before joining CMD in December, 2005.  Mark is a Ryerson University graduate completing a Commerce degree with a major in economics.  In 2005, he completed the Strategic Leadership Program at Harvard University and has since steered this 100 year old authoritative voice of Canada’s construction industry into the digital age by enhancing their web presence to a respected and popular Canadian source for construction news, project data, and industry analytics.  

In 2012, he was appointed as a Director-at-Large of the Canadian Construction Association where he served for a four year term. In 2014, he was asked to sit on the advisory board of the School of Engineering Technology and Environmental Studies at Georgian College. In 2015, he was appointed to the board of the Toronto Construction Association. In 2017 he was awarded the Industry Ally award by the Council of Ontario Construction Associations.
