"PVF 102" Intermediate Training: A Module-based Workshop

A must-attend product training workshop for those employed the PVF Sector of the Industry!


PVF 102 is a new modular-based, in-class training workshop offered by CIPH's Industrial, Pipe, Valves & Fittings Council. This powerful training resource is critical for any employee looking for intermediate training on the key product segments of the PVF sector. Perfect for anyone who already knows the basics and wants to get more in-depth knowledge or anyone who needs like a brush up!


"PVF 102" will be delivered in a series of one-hour modules over the course of the day, and each module will be presented by a separate industry professional who is an expert in the field of the module they will be addressing.


Attendees will learn the product basics for each of the following modules:

Module 1: Stainless & Alloys 

Presenter: Eric Fichaud, Allied Group of Companies 


Module 2: Fittings - Connections

Presenter: Josh Hopkins, G. F. Thompson


Module 3: Basic Principles of Grooved Mechanical Joints

Presenter:Paul Tomas, Victaulic


Module 4: Valves Applications

Presenter: Gary Horvath, M. A. Stewart


When: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm, Thursday, February 22, 2018


Where: Carlyle Room, Westin Toronto Airport, 950 Dixon Rd.


Who should attend: Any employee who already knows the PVF basics and is looking for more in-depth training, or anyone looking for a refresher.


Registration fee: $399 per person for registrations made by February 2nd,

$449 per person for registrations after February 2nd.
