Canadian Hydronics Council Update March 2016

Canadian Hydronics Council Chairman Mike Miller (Taco) reports: 

Selling More Hydronics Webinar
On Wednesday January 13th the Council offered its Selling More Hydronics Workshop via webinar which debuted live at all CIPHEX Roadshow locations. This was free for members with 34 different sites registering. An estimated 75 participated. It was also hosted again during the CMPX trade show part of the learning forum on Thursday March 17th.

Certification Training in French
At the request of CMMTQ, the CHC have begun translating Hydronics Certification Training Materials into French so they can be delivered as individual courses within Quebec. 

Congratulations to John Goshulak of Weil McLain, a long time volunteer on the Council and recipient of the CHC Award of Merit who recently received the Carlson-Holohan Industry Award of Excellence. This award recognizes leadership and volunteer activity in support of the industry. This award was presented to John at the AHR Expo in Orlando, Florida by the Radiant Professionals Alliance. 

Beautiful Heat
The Council is now in possession of the intellectual property assets of the Beautiful Heat Program. After the launch of the new website the marketing committee will determine how best to use these assets including a couple of research studies and social media accounts.
